James Freeman diary, 1777-1779.

Diary kept by Rev. James Freeman of Boston, Mass., 1777-79, recording cases of smallpox in Boston, the health of his family, events during the Revolution, visits to Barnstable, Mass., and some account balances. Diary is interleaved with "A Pocket almanack for the year of our Lord 1780."
